This is our favourite room within the North Bridge Lofts development.
Apartment 4 or as it was more commonly referred to during construction as the “Barry White snug” is a quirky little space that has been formed form a cold redundant office space above the main buildings staircase. With its bright orange decor and retro timber cladding, broken panes of glass and leaking roof light it wasn’t much to look at however with the introduction of a mezzanine floor created by our sister company to provide the sleeping deck, additional insulation to the walls and roofing and a bit of TLC this little space has become one of the most talked about spaces in the project. With a roof light directly above your bed and a clear view to of the iconic Balmoral Hotel clock from your sofa what isn’t there to love about this little space.
