Blackhall were commissioned by Property Investment and business accommodation specialists, Cosmopolitan Investments, www.cosmopolitaninvestments.co.uk to provide refurbishment services to a recently vacated office suite. Our remit was to ensure the property was upgraded quickly to minimise rental loss period.

The works involved decoration, carpeting and minor joinery, electrical and plumbing repairs. Working to an agreed budget and agreed scope of works Blackhall worked quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. Following this successful completion we have been commissioned on further projects including common area and toilet refurbishments. Always keeping in mind that our works whilst needed, must have minimal impact on the existing tenants.
