Digital Communication specialist, Klaklak, chose Blackhall following a competitive tender process having been given our name through a referral.

Upon appointment Blackhall started promptly on the refurbishment of the existing office space.

The remit was to upgrade the full office space whilst ensuring day to day working within he office could remain as unaffected as possible; this therefore required Blackhall to carefully plan through each stage and each trade.

The office spaces were upgraded from the 70s style wood panelling to a contemporary look with an acknowledgement to the historical past of the building. In certain areas walls were stripped back to the bare brickwork and steel beams were exposed. The toilet and kitchen spaces were also upgraded to a high standard.

IT infrastructure within the spaces was upgraded to ensure the office could meets today’s everyday electronic demands. Blackhall managed all subcontractors to ensure the client had one point of contact.

With an ever changing brief and the inevitable additional costs associated; Blackhall ensured that any costs were quickly calculated and the client informed to ensure no surprises.
